Bunch of Bluebells

This site presented both opportunity and challenge - a prominent location in Dudley Wood with a tired, underutilised building that needed clearing and redeveloping. The brief was to create a modern residential development that would bring new life to the site while fitting sympathetically into the existing streetscape.

The project began with full demolition and site clearance of the existing structure. A carefully designed scheme of 8 three-storey houses was then built, each delivered to contemporary standards with modern specifications, quality finishes and efficient layouts designed for contemporary living.

All works were managed from groundworks through to final handover - structural build, all mechanical and electrical installations, internal finishes, landscaping and external works. Each dwelling was individually finished to the same high standard, ready for occupation.

Building on a constrained urban site required careful planning and coordination to manage programme, access and logistics while maintaining site safety and minimising disruption to neighbouring properties. The design had to work within planning constraints while delivering attractive, functional homes.

A striking transformation of a derelict site into a thriving residential community. The new development brings contemporary housing to the area, with each dwelling built to exacting standards and finished to a quality that sets the tone for the neighbourhood. The before and after tells the story - from a run-down eyesore to a vibrant collection of modern homes.
