The brief was to develop a prominent site in Smethwick with a carefully designed scheme of contemporary new build homes. The development needed to provide high quality, modern housing to the local market while enhancing the streetscape and contributing positively to the neighbourhood.
A scheme of 9 new build homes was constructed, each finished to the highest specification with modern layouts, quality materials and contemporary design. The project encompassed all works from groundworks through to final handover - structural build, all mechanical and electrical installations, internal finishes, joinery, decoration and external landscaping.
Each property was individually finished to an exacting standard, with attention to detail throughout ensuring consistency of quality across the entire development. All homes were delivered ready for immediate occupation.
