The Woodman

The Woodman pub site was a well-known local landmark that had fallen into disrepair. The opportunity was to clear the site and deliver a carefully designed residential scheme that would revitalise the location and provide high quality modern homes to the market.

The project began with full demolition and site clearance of the existing pub building. A scheme of 8 contemporary three-storey townhouses was then constructed, each finished to luxury standards with high specification fittings, quality materials and efficient modern layouts. All works were managed end to end - from groundworks and structural build through to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, internal finishes, landscaping and external works. Each property was individually finished to an exacting standard, ready for immediate occupation.
